It’s finally happening: Sony is making its own ‘Pro’ PS5 controller, named the DualSense Edge. The pad was revealed through a brief trailer during Geoff Keighley’s lengthy Gamescom Opening Night Live 2024 show, and it’s exactly the kind of product that you’d expect.
You can remap every input, save different configurations, replace the stick caps, swap out the back buttons — the lot. But of course, Sony being Sony, we don’t have the most important details yet: how much it’s going to cost, and when it’s releasing.
The Japanese giant says that more information will arrive in the coming months, but for now, all we can do is speculate. And so here we are, with a poll that you can use to share your initial thoughts on the DualSense Edge. Get voting, and then feel free to explain yourself in the comments section below.
