Another actor who worked with Rene said that Rene was a very private person and never discussed personal affairs with other people.
Rene started his acting career with the movies “Rebecca” and “Ace Ventura: Pet Detective”. His most popular role was in the movie “Dirty Harry” asobby White. Rene’s acting career did not go beyond that, for he has also made some television programs like “Welcome Back Kotter”, “How I Live Now” and “The Dead Zone” as well as playing parts in many other movies and TV shows throughout his career. His final film role was in the movie “Gran Torino” as an aging and mentally ill General Buck Turgidson. Some of Rene’s other films which were made throughout his career are “Memento”, “Catch Me If You Can” and “Lucky Number Slevin”.
