Will began his professional baseball career in 2017, his sophomore year when he spent most of the season catching and only thrown 15 innings. In his junior year of 2018, he transitioned to pitching and became the team’s primary pitcher, going 8-0 with a 0.64 ERA and 120 strikeouts.
