Yuan Li is a Chinese actress most recognized by her famous role as Bo Peep in Kung Mangarap Ka’s Lilies of the Field. She is one of the first Chinese actresses to earn a major international award, besides receiving the Academy Award for Best Actress in the same category as Anne Hathaway and Marilynn Boitou. She went on to play Bo Peep in the follow up to his excellent Kung Mangarap film, Lilies of the Dawn.
